We run on Excel today. What happens to all that?
It comes with you. Products and shops import from a spreadsheet — including each shop's route and its opening balance — using a template you download from inside the app. Every import shows you a preview first, so you see exactly what will be created before a single row is saved.
How long before we're actually running?
Days rather than months. There's no server to buy and nothing to install — your own address is live from the start. The real work is getting your products, shops and opening balances in, which is exactly what the bulk import is for. Open the demo and you'll see the finished shape of it in about a minute.
Do my salespersons have to install an app?
No. It opens in the phone's browser and can be pinned to the home screen so it behaves like an app. Nothing from an app store, no updates to push to twenty phones, and it runs on whatever phone they already carry.
What happens when the signal drops in the middle of a round?
The memo is still written, and it queues on the phone. A closed browser, a locked screen or a dead battery doesn't empty that queue. The moment a real connection returns it syncs itself, and the bill appears in the office — nobody re-types anything in the evening.
Is our data mixed in with other distributors'?
No. Every distributor gets a separate database and its own address — nothing is shared or pooled. It stays yours: ask and we'll export the lot for you, whenever you want it.
What do we need to print receipts?
Any ESC/POS thermal printer, 58mm or 80mm, connected over USB or Bluetooth straight from Chrome or Edge — no driver and no middleware in between. An ordinary printer works too, straight from the browser. The receipt itself is yours to design in the app: what appears on it, how large, and in what order.
