Questions about cost
Is there a setup fee?
Loading your products, shops and opening balances is part of getting started — we'd rather you began with real data than an empty screen.
What if we grow?
Move up whenever it makes sense. Nothing is re-entered and no data moves — it's the same system either way.
Do we pay per salesperson?
No — there's no per-seat charge. Starter and Advanced include a set number of salespersons; on Business it's unlimited. Either way you pay one price for the business, not per person.
What if we move to a smaller plan?
Nothing you already have stops working. If you have more salespersons than the smaller plan includes, they all keep their logins — you simply can't add another until you move back up.
Can we stop?
Yes. Tell us and we'll give you a full export of your data. It's yours, and it leaves with you.
